If there is a difference in between these prices and any other published or posted prices, the prices listed here will prevail over any other.

REGISTRATIONS FEES

These prices include breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks provided at breaks. Your payment has to be received before November 3, 2010. (We accept payment by check or credit card: Visa, Master Card). Please make your check payable to:

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the schedule without any notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We must receive your cancellation notice in writing no later than October 20, 2010 to receive a reimbursement. If we receive you cancellation notice by October 20, 2010, you will be reimbursed the total amount less $ 195 (plus taxes) for cancellation fees. After this date, you will not be reimbursed.

If you cannot be present on November 3, 2010, you may designate another person from your company to participate and replace you by writing us before November 1, 2010. Les productions Eventia inc. reserves the right to cancel the event up to two weeks before the event. In that case, the reimbursement is limited to the amount paid.
